Affinity Designer Diaper Bag Backpack by Next Mommy Review

I decided to get a diaper bag backpack style for when you need your two hands free (always) it has so much space and it looks nice. As you can see it has a from zipper packed that I use to put my stuff like wallet, phone etc. that way I can have better access to them. It also has a side pocket. The back the straps are really comfy, it has a zipper compartment where I keep the changing pad. The changing pad is red and it has a velcro holding it together  It also comes with the wet bag, great for a change of clothes or diapers. Inside it has a insulated bottle holder and another one, has a zipper compartment on the top of both where I usually keep diapers, side pockets and a lot of space inside. This is everything I'm carrying on it right now pretty sure it will just grow the more she does, we are breastfeeding so there are no bottles yet. I don't have to dig to find stuff everything has a place which in my opinion is awesome. Diap...

Ubbi Diaper Pail Review

This is the first time after 2 children that I'm using a diaper pail, so you may be wondering why get one with the last one? the smell, even taking the trash out every day it was not enough for my sensitive nose. First week with baby and I believe all I have done is change diaper after diaper. I wanted a pail that didn't required any special bags and locked the smell, plastic trash cans don't lock smells that well. Although we have an aluminum trash can for the kitchen that locks the smell pretty well, I wanted a pail to go on the room where baby will be most of the time, that being my bedroom for around 6 months and after that she will be sharing a room with her sister. I went with the cloud design is pretty and gender neutral, I was amazed by how easy it was to clean it inside and even outside, I do disinfect it each week with disinfecting wipes, I take the trash out every 3-4 days or when is full (right now with newborn and size 1 diapers it doesn't ne...

Baby #3 is born (Birth Story)

After so much wait and anticipation, I got induce on September 17 at 5pm, it was an adventure for sure, I went in thinking since is my 3rd this will be easy but It was challenging to the most.  We got to the hospital for our schedule induction after no progress since 37 weeks I was done being pregnant by 39 weeks & requested an induction past my 40 weeks, labor was just not happening on its own, same thing happened with my second I had to be induce at 42 weeks. By 5:15pm I was ready in bed, got a super awesome nurse, at 6 pm my doctor come to check me & put in a foley balloon to help my cervis dilate, it was uncomfortable & I had cramping on and off thru the night. I was able to get up to use the bathroom, eat dinner & sleep. At 5 am the balloon fall off it was weird but I was glad it got out on it's own. I was able to shower at 6:30am & that felt so good. IV put in at 7 am it took a few tries and ended calling someone else to do it. Doctor com...

Bump Book (Pregnancy Book)

You have no idea how I wished I had one of those from my 2 previous pregnancies, seriously it would have being so much fun reading the differences between them all and trust me they have been really different. I decided to record as much as I could of this pregnancy being my last and all, this book is so awesome, it has spaces to put ultrasounds, pictures and memories. It has week by week and trimesters. I'm even taking it with me on my hospital bag so I can fill in the labor part at the end. I use decorative tape for pictures and ultrasounds just to give it my own unique decoration. I went with gender neutral because I got it really early on the pregnancy so I would not forget anything. It is very popular on Instagram and they also have baby books and toddler books how awesome is that. You can find it the bump book here they have neutral and gender specific books. Love, Angela

Going on Vacation While pregnant

I planned the vacation knowing I would be just a few weeks away from my due date & to be honest it wasn't that bad, I had to rest a lot and at the end of the day I was done but I got to enjoy family time which it was so much fun, yes I even ventured in the ocean which it was super refreshing, walked a lot, ate delicious and treated my self to sweets. I want to share with you what make this trip so much easier for my self and my family. First of all I only packed what was really needed, including beach items. We have a van so there was plenty of space (can't say that will be the case next year) We put the kids together side by side (usually they are separated by a seat) that way they could see movies together and my oldest helped get things for my beautiful demanding daughter. I packed snacks for then and put them all in a bag on their feet, blankets too and each had a backpack full of toys, coloring books and their favorite stuff animals. For my part ...

What's in my Hospital Bag baby #3?

I though it would help other moms to see what I packed this time for Labor & delivery of my 3rd child 👶. I feel like this time around I went very basic & simple, I think the first time I over packed so much and the second I downgraded a lot. I guess you learn from experience. The hospital I'm giving birth provides pretty much everything the baby & I need but as always is nice to have your own things. I'm having my second girl 👧 & delivering in a different hospital than my other two children. We did the tour since I had never being to that hospital besides a few trips to the ER with my kids. I love planning & making list for everything so it was not different this time around, I got bags and divided things according to use. My husband wouldn't be staying with us over night but I did pack a few things for him too. I'm delivering in summer so notice the difference in season clothing and accessories.
